Your details, in plain English

• I keep what you give me, plus a little about how you found me.
• I use it to give you your quiz result and to follow up by email.
• I never sell it.
• You can ask me to see, fix or delete it at any time.

When you finish the quiz and ask for your result, I keep:

• Your first name and email
• Your 8 answers, and the result they point to
• The page you took it on, and the site that sent you there, if your browser shares that

Some questions touch on your health, your eating and your drinking. Australian privacy law treats that as sensitive information, and so do I. You share it by finishing the quiz and asking for your result.

While the quiz is open, your browser holds a random session number. It's deleted when you close the tab. The quiz sets no cookies.

rebuildwithtully.com has no forms, no bookings and no payments.

It does set four small cookies of its own:

• bb_vid: a random visitor number. Kept for 1 year.
• bb_segment:a label such as "first visit". Kept for 1 year.
• bb_vc:how many times you've visited. Kept for 1 year.
• bb_session: marks a single visit. Kept for 30 minutes.

None of them hold your name or email. They help the site adjust for new and returning visitors. Right now, nothing from them is saved about you.

There are no ad pixels and no third-party analytics on the site.

If you fill in a form on tullyjohns.com, your details are copied into the same system as the quiz. That site runs on GoHighLevel, which keeps its own copy under its own privacy policy.

I don't use your answers for advertising. I don't sell your details, and I don't share them for anyone else's marketing.

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.

When I email you, it goes through Resend, an email service provider. Resend may store emails outside Australia.

Your details are stored in a Supabase database in Sydney, Australia.

The site and the database are delivered through Cloudflare, which runs servers around the world. So your details can pass through servers outside Australia on the way.

Cloudflare also keeps technical logs of visits. These can include your IP address and browser details.

These companies hold your details only to run the service for me.

I use AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic, to help me run Rebuild with Tully. Sometimes that means your details or quiz answers go into them, for example when I'm writing back to you.

These tools can process your details outside Australia.

The "Try it free" button takes you to Skool. Once you're there, Skool's privacy policy applies. The same goes for payments and my weekly email, which run on their own platforms.

Until you ask me to delete them.
